No, Altru is not free. However, you can sign up for a trial where you can test the features and get started with your report. Please note that some features are restricted to a paid plan and you won’t be able to publish your report until a paid plan has started.
If you ever decide to cancel your plan, we recommend that you download your report in PDF version. Unfortunately, you’ll no longer be able to have the online version of the report due to ending your plan will end your hosting; however, the PDF version is fully yours. If you decide to come back in the future, we’ll keep your report for you.
If you downgrade your plan, we also recommend downloading your existing reports in PDF version. We’ll continue to host your reports per your new plan’s policies.
You can work on up to 1 report per year at a time with our Pro and 4 reports at a time with our Premium plan. If you need to work with more reports, please contact us.
At this time, only one user can edit the report at a time. In the future, we hope to support multiple users editing at the same time.
